Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Please make sure you provide the correct address!

Once your order has been processed, you'll recieve an email with all the tracking info like your tracking number. We ship out orders through USPS. 

lost/stolen/damaged packages:
valeriesluxe is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delivered packages to the wrong address. We are also not responsible for any damaged items that may occur while your package is in the hands of USPS. 

It is out of our control after your package is recieved by USPS, we are no longer responsible. 

valeriesluxe does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If your order is sent back due to an incorrect address, you MUST pay the $5 fee in order for us to re-ship, this fee MUST be paid within 5 days, or you will lose the entire order/package.
